So, what I have been working on a lot lately are scholarships. I've found quite a few that I really like that I could easily do. BUT this morning my dad tells me I have a letter from ASU. It says "congratulations" on it, so I assumed they're sending me another acceptance letter on accident. BUT, I open it up and I received a scholarship there!! $9,000 A YEAR! So that's $36,000 total!! YES! That should be all or most of my tuition! :D :D :D It can be towards tuition, fees, room and board...anything! So since I'm not rooming or boarding THERE, I can use it towards other stuff! I'm really hoping it's one of those where they just give me the money because then if I have extra I can use it for fun stuff like a laptop or something ;) Or just other crap ;) hehe
I still am going to apply for the other scholarships too, just so if I DO win them, I'll have extra money for college and such ;)
AND, this kinda has helped me decide about where to go too. Because of this, I really want to go there! I just hope BYU can hurry to decide if I'm accepted or not. They give some scholarships like this, but not many. So if I don't get one there, I'll for sure go to ASU! :D

Kami, Congratulations on the ASU scholarship! Michael received the same one and he had enough to cover his tuition, books and had just a bit left over. He got a parking pass from Institute, which is awesome because parking is CRAZY but then he decided to just take the ASU express bus from the Polytec campus on Power Road. It is a bus just for students and runs frequently so it's easy to pick up one when you are done on campus. Just some info for you. If you have any other questions, maybe I can help.
