I wish I could have donated, but that just doesn't work in my brain. Blood and needles are not my best friends. In fact, I think you could call them foes. I think it would have been such a good thing to do, but I just couldn't get myself to even THINK about doing it!! I even "kept forgetting" to get my minor donor thing signed :)
Anyways, I was in the gym though where it was taking place, because I had to help and make sure people didn't pass out. YEP! THAT TOTALLY MADE ME WANT TO DO IT MORE :P but Manda and I walked into the gym and *first-it smelled funny; *second-I saw bags of blood about to explode because they were so full; and *third-it was a HUGE bag!! You have to sit there for like EVER waiting for the dumb bag to fill with blood! I was getting grossed out just standing in the corner waiting for people to "not" pass out! ehh... :P
It was pretty fun getting out of class though :) I missed ALL hour, and got to talk to Manda the whole time. And Maegan. Twas fun!!
