LONG Day

Wow, today was a very LONG day.
First, we left at 8:40ish to get to Goodwill for the bimonthly 50% off Saturday. I found a green skirt that reminded me kinda of the 60s, and some purple pants. I'm pretty excited about the purple pants, I've been wanting some colored pants for a little while now. I just have to take them in a bit, because the flare is pretty gigantic. Ok, not really THAT big, but bigger than I want. I'll post pictures when I get them all fixed up. Probably.
Then, Bentley and I ran over to Superstition Mall, because we both needed Easter dresses She found one at DownEast Basics, and I looked at basically every store (some more than once) and found nothing. Nada. I guess that's what happens when you go dress shopping the day before Easter. Ok, there were a few I liked, but it was lacking like a foot of fabric to my knee, a back, sleeves... etc etc. But, what else do ya expect? We stayed there for a little bit, then decided to just leave.
We then had the Reed Family Reuinion, which was pretty sweet! It was a BBQ, with a popcorn and cotton candy machine, which was fun. The kids were entertained with bounce houses and an Easter egg hunt. While I sat there trying not to fall asleep (we had already been out for a while, and stayed up late the night before watching PrisonBreak..FINALLY). Anyways, after the egg hunt, I enjoyed myself trying to talk the kiddos into giving me some candy. Thank goodness Tommy doesn't like chocolate! ;) ha jk.
Right after that, we ran to Ross, Dollar Tree, and Target, hoping to find me a dress still. By this time, it was probably 6:00 or so, maybe later, so I was running out of time and energy. At Ross, I found one!! It's a purple one with white flowers. AND has sleeves. And a back. And long enough. Woo!! :) We ran to Dollar Tree to find some stuff for Bentley to answer her date to prom (see post below). And Target just because Target is fun :D
We got home finally around 7:30ish. Almost 11 hours straight of being gone. [then I realized Tuesdays, when I have my earliest class and work afterwards, it's pretty much this same schedule, but I feel like I did so much more and gone so much longer!] We got everything ready to answer, tried to get his address, and you could tell we were tired and a bit slap-happy. We made fork friends (again, see post below).
As we were all about getting to bed, we got the address. So, Bentley and I ran over to his house to answer. I turned off the car, and we see a white car coming down the cul-de-sac. Uh oh..is it him?! Then my inside lights turn on, and the car turns into the driveway. I hurry and start the car, and we just leave. We were SO thankful that if we would have left 3 minutes earlier, we would have been in his yard when the car came home. And that would be awkward.
Now, it's time for me to sleep. It's been too long.
