Porter and I decided we were going to be "Abs Buddies" to motivate each other to do our exercises--especially sit-ups. I would like to add that he has forgotten pretty much the last week, while I did mine nearly every day! I can already even feel a difference...I feel more active, less tired, and just better in general. :) And it's only been a week! Let's see how the next few weeks -> months go! :D
I have a goal to get in shape...I am NOT very strong right now...and I'd like to be. Especially because we are doing Havasupai again this summer... I'd like to be in better shape than I was last year.. haha ;) I also think it'd be fun to have a six-pack. Just to say I did. :)
