I miss all my friends in Chicago, so I'll write one to all of them in general. And it's not really what I would say if I DID see them, but what I would want to say...
Dear friends,
I sure miss you guys! I knew you for like the first 5 years of my "school life". We were always the best of friends, and never participated in any of that "girl drama" that all the other girls had. Then I moved. ;(
After moving, we did try to stay in touch... but it was hard. Email a bit..but that's all.
Now we have Facebook. I sometimes try talking to you..but it's just not the same. People change; I have, you have. I see some of the things that you post that you've been doing, and to be honest, it makes me sad. I guess middle- and high school do stuff to people. I want to tell you how much of a disappointment it is, but I feel I have no place. Since I no longer have any real connection with you, I can't tell you how I feel about all of this.
Please talk with me again. I miss all of you so much!
