Challenge 12: When have you helped brighten someone's day and how did it make you feel?
I never like questions like this...it seems like self-boasting. But, to be simple, I think brightening someone's day consists of just being friendly, talking, and smiling to them. I hope that each day (as I always try to be happy and optimistic) I make someone's day a little better because of something I did. :)
Challenge 13: What are some of your everyday traditions?Wow, this is a really good question!! Everyday I read my scriptures, say my prayers... Also, like I said in my last question, I try to be happy :) I have learned that being happy and putting a smile on my face makes my days and life easier. Everyday I think of something I need to do tomorrow to be a better person.
Challenge 14: Record your testimony of Jesus Christ.
I know he lives. Simple enough. I have felt his love and comfort. I have felt his guidance. I know he is there to help me with anything I am going through. I know he died for me, that I might live again. I know that through him I can become clean. He is my friend. I want to live with him and our Heavenly Father in the Celestial Kindgom for eternity. In him, I find happiness.
Challenge 15: What church callings have you had?
Well, seeing as I'm only 19, I've had few. I was the Beehive class president. I was Miamaid class president for a couple months. I was some counselors in there somewhere ;) Now, I am the FamilySearch Indexing director in my Singles Ward (which by the way I am deciding if I want to stay in..). I love Indexing and family history work, so I enjoy the calling. For a while, I was teaching Sunday School classes on Indexing, but we got a new bishopric, and haven't done much since then.
I think if I could have any calling... I would do something in Primary. I love the lil Primary kids..so cute, innocent, pure.. They're precious! I think the Primary pianist would be super fun! BUT, callings are divine inspiration, so as much as I'd like to wish I can, I cannot choose things like this ;)
